Culinaria: gastronomic event with 16 top chefs in Tour & Taxis

The 2nd edition of Culinaria, a fabulous gastronomic event takes place from 3 to 6 June 2010 in Tour & Taxis, which is nearby our bed & breakfast Lenoir 96. I really love the concept: 16 of the best chefs in Belgium (26 stars in the famous ‘Guide Michelin’) show their art of cooking. Each of them prepares a  course. You can choose from 4 different menus, each with 4 courses. A menu costs 45 EUR/pers (40 EUR in pre-sales). A very original and rather democratic way to discover some of the best chefs of our country.

There are also 11 workshops and a gastronomic market with about 50 stands.

I was at the first edition at Cinquantenaire and really loved it. Great atmosphere (despite the bad weather, but this edition is later in the year), wonderful food and perfect organisation.
